Other Miscellaneous Downloads

Although I did work as a professional photographer for a time, that was never my primary source of income. I instead earned a living working as a graphic designer. I have also written extensively on boardgaming subjects, but that was just a hobby activity and not a source of income.

There are some files that I would like to share with people who might be interested in my work in graphic design and boardgaming, so I have added them in the list below. None of these files are directly related to my work as a photographer, but I like having them available on here my web site. Some of these files are too big for this web site, so all of the files below have been posted to my Google Drive.

Camp Phillips Camera Trip

36 pages
A photo album from the early days of Camp Phillips.

Camp Phillips was a US Army base built at the start of WWII near Salina, KS. Two infantry divisions trained there, and later in the war it served as a German prisoner-of-war camp. At the end of the war it was completely dismantled, and almost no trace of it remains today. My Mother and Grandmother both worked at Camp Phillips during the war, and in my Grandmother's things we found several publications and newspapers from the camp, all in excellent condition. As time allows, I'm converting these into PDF files to preserve them for future generations.
